Rates and bookings

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

All reservations with Cortijo La Mina will have an advance payment of 30% by bank transfer at the time of formalizing the reservation. The outstanding payment of 70% must be paid at least one month before the arrival date. Full payment includes full rental price. Possible additional services and the deposit are paid separately.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

For security, 500 EUR are required as a damage deposit for all types of reservations. The deposits will be returned to the client’s account as soon as the status of the rural house has been reviewed and confirmed. This will take a maximum of 7 days.

CANCELATION CONDITIONS:

Cancellations 60 days before arrival are free. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival have a cost of 50%. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date has no refund. The rental of the rural house affected by the official state of alarm for COVID-19 has free cancellation.

EXTRA SERVICES:

Extra services such as breakfast, meals, special laundry, babysitting, etc. are offered. by request.
